Voysey Terms of Service

Effective date: September 27, 2026
Last updated: September 27, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Voysey Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Georgia ("Voysey," "we," "us," "our"). They govern your use of Voysey, including Voysey Studio, Voysey Watch, the "by Voysey" storefronts (such as Books by Voysey and Music by Voysey), the Voysey desktop and mobile apps, Voysey Payments, and the Voysey sign in service at login.voysey.ai (together, the "Services").

By creating an account, clicking to accept, purchasing anything, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Usage Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who can use Voysey

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or use the Services. By using the Services you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The Services are currently offered only to people and organizations located in the United States. We may block access from outside the United States. If you access the Services from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with local law.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.

You may not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction, or if we have previously terminated your account for a violation of these Terms.

2. Your account

One account belongs to one person. You may not share login credentials or transfer your account.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

One Voysey account signs you in across every Voysey app and subdomain. You may sign in with an email and password or through a supported third party provider (currently Google, GitHub, and Microsoft).

For security and fraud prevention, we may restrict or block access from VPNs, proxies, anonymizing services, and hosting provider networks, and we may require additional verification.

3. What Voysey does

Voysey is an AI content production platform. Depending on your plan, you can use it to write, plan, generate, edit, assemble, and publish creative work, including screenplays, books, audiobooks, films and video, images, music, voice, sound, 3D models, social media content, and translations. The Services include AI assistants and agents that plan and carry out multistep production work on your instructions.

We add, change, and remove features over time. Features described as preview, beta, experimental, or labs may be less reliable and may change or be removed without notice.

4. Ownership

4.1 You own your outputs

As between you and Voysey, you own everything you create with the Services, including generated text, images, video, audio, voices, music, models, manifests, and finished productions ("Outputs"). We do not claim ownership of your Outputs. To the extent we have any rights in your Outputs, we assign them to you.

You may use your Outputs for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, without attribution to Voysey and without paying us anything beyond what your plan or purchase costs.

Whether an Output is protected by copyright or any other intellectual property right depends on the law where you are and on your own creative contribution. We make no promise that any Output is protectable, and we make no promise that an Output is unique. Other users may receive similar Outputs from similar inputs.

4.2 You own your inputs

You keep ownership of everything you provide to the Services, including prompts, instructions, uploaded images, documents, manuscripts, screenplays, audio, voice samples, and reference material ("Inputs"). Inputs and Outputs together are "Your Content."

4.3 The license you give us

You grant Voysey a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, and modify Your Content only as needed to (a) provide, maintain, and secure the Services for you and the people you share with, (b) comply with law, and (c) enforce these Terms and our Usage Policy. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from our systems, except for copies we are required to keep by law and copies in routine backups that are deleted on their normal schedule.

We use Your Content to improve our models only as described in the Privacy Policy and your privacy settings. You can turn this off in Settings, Privacy.

4.4 Content you publish or sell on Voysey

If you choose to publish Your Content on a Voysey surface where other people can see, stream, or buy it (for example Voysey Watch, a public profile, a public playlist, a station, or a "by Voysey" storefront), you also grant Voysey a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty free license to host, stream, display, distribute, promote, and make that content available to others on those surfaces, and to create previews, thumbnails, and excerpts of it, for as long as it stays published and for a reasonable period after you unpublish it to wind down distribution. If you sell your content to other users through a Voysey storefront, our Seller Agreement also applies.

4.5 What you get when you buy from another user

When you buy a digital item that another user sells on a Voysey storefront, you receive the license shown at checkout. Unless the listing says otherwise, that is a personal, noncommercial license to download, keep, and enjoy the item for as long as you like. When you buy a physical item, such as a printed book, vinyl record, or CD, you own that copy outright.

What you buy stays yours. If the seller unpublishes the item, closes their account, or leaves Voysey, you keep your purchase and your access to download it. The only exception is content we are legally required to remove, such as child sexual abuse material or content subject to a court order.

4.6 What we own

The Services, including our software, models and weights, prompts and pipelines, interfaces, documentation, and the Voysey name and brands, belong to Voysey and our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the Services while your account is in good standing. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you.

4.7 Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

5. Your responsibility for Your Content

Voysey is a creative tool. What you make with it, and what you do with what you make, is your decision and your responsibility.

You confirm that you have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed for your Inputs, including any faces, likenesses, voices, trademarks, and copyrighted works you upload or reference, and that your use of the Services and your Outputs will comply with the law and with our Usage Policy.

You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, and distribute your Outputs, including complying with the rules of any platform you publish to and any laws that require you to disclose that content was generated with AI.

We do not review Your Content before it is created and we do not endorse it. We are not responsible for Your Content or for any loss or harm that results from it.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of the Services must follow our Usage Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: create anything that is lawful. Child sexual abuse material is absolutely prohibited. Do not attack, abuse, or misuse the platform itself.

7. AI output

Outputs are generated by AI models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, similar to existing works, or unsuitable for your purpose. Do not rely on Outputs as professional, legal, medical, financial, or factual advice. Review Outputs before you publish or rely on them.

8. How the Services are delivered, including third party providers

We run generation on a mix of our own models and infrastructure and on third party compute and model providers. To keep the Services fast and available, we route each job to the provider we judge best able to complete it at that moment, and we may send any job to a third party provider at any time, including when our own capacity is under heavy load, unavailable, slow to start, or undergoing maintenance, or when a third party model produces a better result for the task.

When a job is routed to a third party provider, the Inputs needed for that job are processed by that provider under its agreement with us. The providers we currently use are listed in our Privacy Policy. A third party provider may decline to process a job under its own content rules. If a job fails or is declined and produces no Output, it does not use your plan allowance or credits.

The specific model, provider, or infrastructure used for any job may change at any time without notice and is not part of what you are buying.

9. Plans, credits, and payment

9.1 Plans

We offer paid plans, including Creator (in Creator, Creator Pro, and Creator Max sizes), Team, and Enterprise. New accounts may receive a one time grant of free credits, which expire as stated when granted. Current prices, included credits, seat limits, and features are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Enterprise plans are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

9.2 Credits

Usage of generation features is measured in credits. The number of credits each action uses is shown in the product and on our rate card, and may change as described in section 9.7.

Plan credits are included with a paid plan each billing period. They reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.

Purchased credits are bought separately in packs. They do not expire while your account remains open and in good standing, and they are used after your plan credits for the period are used up.

Team plan credits are pooled across the team and are controlled by the team's owner and admins.

Credits have no cash value, are not your property, cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money, and are not refundable except as stated in section 9.6. Credits are a license to use the Services, not a stored value account or a currency.

When your available credits run out, we will let the job already in progress finish and then pause further generation until you add credits, upgrade, or your plan credits reset. The credits used by that final job may take your balance below zero, and the difference is taken from your next credits.

9.3 Billing and automatic renewal

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as you choose) at the then current price, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period, and to charge for credit packs and any other purchases you make.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes, which we add where required.

Team plans are billed per seat, subject to the minimum number of seats shown at purchase. Adding seats is billed immediately for the rest of the current period.

If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds.

9.4 Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period, and your new credit allowance applies right away.

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

9.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings, Plan and billing. When you cancel:

  • We stop billing you. You will not be charged again for that subscription.
  • Your plan stays active, with its remaining plan credits, until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and then ends.
  • Purchased credits stay in your account while it remains open.
  • Your account stays open and Your Content stays available to view and export until you delete it. Generating new content after your plan ends requires purchased credits or a new plan.

9.6 No refunds

All payments are final and nonrefundable. This includes subscription fees (including for any part of a billing period after cancellation), purchased credits (whether used or unused), and digital purchases on any Voysey storefront. We do not prorate or refund partial periods.

On demand physical goods (for example vinyl, CDs, and print on demand books made to your order) are nonrefundable once production has started.

The one exception is our error. If we charge you incorrectly, charge you twice, or fail to deliver something you paid for because of a failure on our side, contact [email protected] with your receipt and we will correct the charge.

This section does not limit any right you have under law that cannot be waived.

9.7 Price and rate changes

We may change plan prices, credit allowances, pack prices, and the credits each action uses. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the product before a price increase applies to your subscription, and the increase takes effect at your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree, cancel before it takes effect.

Changes to how many credits an action uses take effect when we publish them in the product.

10. Teams and collaboration

On a Team plan, the team owner controls seats, members, admins, billing, and shared projects, assets, and credits. Team admins may add and remove members and access content stored in team spaces. If you join a team, the team owner and admins can see and manage the work you create in team spaces, and that work stays with the team if you leave.

You may invite collaborators to individual projects on any plan. A collaborator can see and edit what you share with them. You are responsible for who you invite.

11. Third party services and publishing

You can connect third party accounts (for example YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, DistroKid, and Prime Video Direct) to publish your work. For OAuth connections you supply your own developer application credentials with that service. Your use of any third party service is governed by that service's terms, and we are not responsible for third party services, their availability, their decisions about your content, or their policies. You can disconnect any integration at any time.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or withhold Outputs if you violate these Terms or the Usage Policy, if required by law, or if your use creates legal, security, or operational risk to Voysey or others. Enforcement steps are described in the Usage Policy. Accounts terminated for generating child sexual abuse material are terminated immediately and permanently and reported as the law requires.

If we terminate your account for a violation, you lose access to your plan, credits, and Your Content stored with us, and no refund is due. If we end the Services or terminate your account for reasons other than your violation, we will give you reasonable notice where we can and an opportunity to export Your Content.

When you close your account, we keep your account and Your Content for 12 months so you can come back and pick up where you left off, and then delete it. If you want it deleted sooner, ask us and we will delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Sections 4, 5, 7, 9.6, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 survive termination.

13. Copyright complaints

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send notices to our designated agent:

Voysey Inc.
Attn: Copyright Agent
[email protected]

A notice must include the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOYSEY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE, OR SECURE, THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, ORIGINAL, OR NONINFRINGING, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE PRESERVED. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING YOUR OWN COPIES OF YOUR CONTENT.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOYSEY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, YOUR CONTENT, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) 100 U.S. DOLLARS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

16. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Voysey and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to Your Content, your use of the Services, your publication or distribution of Outputs, or your violation of these Terms, the Usage Policy, the law, or anyone's rights, including rights of publicity, privacy, and intellectual property.

17. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you and Voysey consent to personal jurisdiction there.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the product at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and cancel before the change takes effect.

19. General

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Usage Policy, and any order form or Enterprise agreement are the entire agreement between you and Voysey about the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Notices to you may be sent to your account email or shown in the product.
